Know the route NH58

Karnali Highway

The designated Jamunaha–Hilsa corridor

NH58 is the designated Jamunaha–Nepalgunj–Kohalpur–Surkhet–Khulalu–Hilsa corridor. A trip towards Jumla needs a more specific route choice than the Karnali Highway name alone.

Understanding this route

The register also lists the route through Khulalu, Manma and Nagma to Jumla under NH61. Do not treat the NH58 length of 538 km as the Surkhet–Jumla distance, or the Hilsa endpoint as confirmation of a fully driveable road.
